3. Selection of Contract Workers:

In this procedure, the Employer or their authorized representative may conduct personal interviews at the company office to select the most qualified workers from our manpower reserve.

If required, we can send resumes of all prospective candidates who pass the pre-qualification interview and testing conducted by us. Successful candidates can be communicated to us via phone, fax, or email.

  • Agency Selection:
The Employer may authorize our agency to select qualified workers, fully guaranteed by us.

  • Trade Test
  • Authenticated Credentials
  • Passport
  • Police Clearance
  • Medical Certificate
  • Overseas Employment Certificate
  • Exit Pass

Additionally, a Pre-departure Orientation Seminar is conducted, which covers the following:

  • Laws and regulations

5. Periodic Progress Report:

Regular updates on the status of the workers' travel documents will be provided to the employer. Flight details will be shared one day before departure to ensure that a representative from the employer’s side can assist the arriving staff at the destination airport.

6. Repatriation:

Our responsibility is to ensure that only well-selected and competent applicants are sent to meet the employer's job requirements. However, in cases where the contracted worker is repatriated within the three (3) month probationary period, we guarantee the worker's capabilities, particularly in their physical, mental, and technical skills. Should this occur, we will provide detailed information regarding the prevailing salary and other terms and conditions for your reference upon request.

7. Communication with Customers:

We communicate with our clients through various means, including phone, fax, DHL, and electronic mail. The contact details can be found on our "Contact Us" page.
