Pre-Selection:
The pre-selection process involves advertising the job opening through local mass media to inform potential applicants. Some of the applicants are also drawn from our existing data bank. The pre-selection is conducted by our company management, which assesses the candidates' capabilities and competencies to meet the employer's expectations.
Final Selection:
The final selection is made from the pool of candidates selected in the preliminary stage. This is usually done through a direct interview conducted by the Employer or their representative. The selection process includes both oral and practical trade tests. In some cases, the employer authorizes our agency to carry out the final selection on their behalf. Skype interviews may also be conducted with the employer's consent.
Trade Test:
Trade tests are conducted by a competent testing board and committee consisting of professionals, experts, and instructors at the designated Trade Test Centers.
Medical Checkup:
A medical board, including psychiatrists, conducts a check-up of the selected candidates. The candidates are sent to a doctor, hospital, or clinic nominated by the embassy of the respective country, which is approved by the Nepal Government Medical Board, as advised by the employer, for examination.
Documentation:
We take responsibility for gathering the necessary documentation for medically fit candidates. Required documents include the passport, photographs, and related certificates that align with the job specifications. We not only collect the documents but also verify their authenticity to the best of our ability.
Applications & Receipt of Visa:
Once selected, candidates’ visa applications are submitted to the respective embassy, as authorized by the employer. The process may vary depending on the country. Once the visa is received, we initiate the departure procedures for the workers.
Department of Labor/Protector of Emigrant Processing:
After receiving the visa from the Employer Company, we ensure that candidates undergo mandatory insurance under the Foreign Employment Insurance Scheme, with an amount of 600,000 Nepalese Rupees, by paying the required premium.
We apply for Department of Labor approval, which typically takes about 4 working days to finalize.
Orientation:
After receiving the confirmed joining ticket from the employer, but before deployment, candidates attend an orientation session conducted by our company management. This session is a key factor in helping employees understand the working conditions, political environment, climatic conditions, socio-cultural values, and the rules and regulations of their destination country. The purpose of the orientation is to prepare candidates for their roles, motivate them for their duties, and help them adapt to their new work environment.
Deployment:
The total deployment process typically takes 30-45 working days, depending on the visa quantity and mutual consent between both parties. Once we receive final approval from the relevant authorities, we request the employer to provide the joining ticket for the earliest available date.
Guarantee:
After recruiting workers for our clients, we guarantee the following during the probationary period:
Follow-Up:
Our responsibility does not end once the workers are deployed. We ensure that the workers properly join the company, start their work, receive their salary and other benefits as specified in the agreement, and, most importantly, meet the employer’s expectations regarding performance. We monitor their progress to ensure everything is going smoothly.
