Employers Responsibility

  1. Arrange Timely Receipt of Workers at the Airport:

Ensure that the workers are received at the airport on time upon their arrival in the country of employment.

  1. Inform The Global Recruitment Agency Pvt. Ltd. About Receipt of the Workers:

Notify The Global Recruitment Agency Pvt. Ltd. once the workers have been received and are safely in the country.

  1. Advance Payment to Each Worker Upon Arrival:

Make an advance payment to each worker upon their arrival in the country of work. This payment is deductible from their monthly salary.

  1. Arrange Furnished Housing Accommodation:

Provide suitable furnished housing accommodation for the workers that meets basic living standards.

  1. Ensure Water and Electricity in the Living Place:

Ensure that the workers' accommodation has reliable water and electricity supply for their comfort and needs.

  1. Ensure Full Security of Workers:

Ensure the safety and security of the workers at both their living and working locations, with extra attention given to female workers.

  1. Timely Payment of Salary:

Ensure that the workers receive their salaries on time each month as per the agreed terms.

  1. Keep Passport and Employment Documents Valid:

Regularly check and update the validity of the workers' passports, residence permits, and employment visas to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

  1. Treat Workers with Respect:

Treat the workers with dignity and respect, recognizing them as human beings and ensuring a positive working environment.

  1. Proper Medical Treatment for Workers:

Provide appropriate medical care and treatment in case of any sickness or accident affecting the workers.

  1. Inform The Global Recruitment Agency Pvt. Ltd. of Any Problems:

Report any issues or concerns that require the attention or intervention of The Global Recruitment Agency Pvt. Ltd. for timely resolution.

  1. Follow the Terms of Agreement Between Employer and Workers:

Ensure that the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement between the employer and the workers are strictly followed throughout the employment period.
