Visa Processing

POWER OF ATTORNEY:

The principal will provide us with a Power of Attorney that officially authorizes us to handle the supply of Nepalese manpower. This includes managing all the necessary formalities related to passports, visa procurement from the respective Embassies, medical check-ups, and other procedures directly connected to the recruitment process. The Power of Attorney must be attested by the Nepalese Embassy in the country of employment and endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country.

CONSULAR LETTER:

The Principal will issue a Letter of Authority in favor of the agent, addressed to the Consulate General of the relevant Embassy in Nepal. This letter will confirm that we have been appointed as their official Manpower Recruiting Agent, authorized to handle all visa-related matters with the Embassy. The letter should specify the visa number, date of issue, and other relevant details.

VISA ADVICE:

The Visa Advice, which should be duly endorsed and attested as mentioned above, must be submitted to the concerned Embassy. A photocopy of this document should also be sent to us for presentation to the Embassy.

DEMAND LETTER:

The Principal will issue a formal Demand Letter addressed to our company, clearly outlining the following details:

  • Job categories and the number of workers required
  • Desired categories of workers
  • Monthly salaries (including the currency type)
  • Contract duration
  • Other amenities provided at the work site, such as food, medical treatment, and accommodation (or an allowance in lieu of these benefits)

This Demand Letter must be duly endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of Nepal in the country of employment.
